Clare Priory
Ralph has just spent a few days getting away from it all at Clare Priory in Suffolk, on a retreat.
He said l could borrow some of the 84 photos he took while he was there, to show you.
Thanks Ralph.
Love the pink colour!
A collection of plants in pots is always beautiful, especially if it isn't contrived.
The village of Clare is charming too, with some nice walks. lt is picturesque, with genuine thatched cottages.
And at this time of year the Autumn foliage is very striking.
Although the Priory has a Christian theme they will be delighted to welcome people of all beliefs.

Caribbean Cruise
Carole came back from her holiday this week. She had a long, luxurious cruise around the Caribbean on the 'Golden Princess' with her husband Bob and was thoroughly pampered with massages, facials, cocktails, dancing and an endless supply of fantastic food, gaining 9lbs in weight as a result and a wonderful tan.
Not all her time was spent on board, there was lots to see and do, with plenty of opportunity to visit some beautiful places - San Juan .. Barbados .. Saint Martin .. Saint Thomas .. Saint Kitts .. Saint Lucia .. Margarita Island (pictured) .. Aruba .. and Antigua. lt was a dream holiday. She even found the time to bring me back a gift - a delicate bracelet made from polished blue shell in the shape of tiny butterflies linked together. So thoughtful.
As a bonus, Carole was able to see her son every day too - he is one of the senior staff on the cruise liner.
